
mORENA
Morena M A Rathgeber, or "Mo" as she is known by her colleagues, is a Brazilian chef with extensive experience in Gastronomy.
She grew up with the freedom to explore nature which was always in her parent’s vegetarian restaurant in Sao Paulo where her mother, the head chef, gave her all the access and knowledge to different types of healthy ingredients that are required for a healthy diet. However, it was only when Morena was an adolescent that she met the person who would change her life and introduce her to ‘tasty’ gastronomy.
After completing her degree in Hotel Management, Morena travelled to Europe and met the love of her life at the Savoy Hotel, her husband.
They extended their travels working in several respected establishments in places like Italy, Germany, and Austria.
Back in England, Morena went on to work at even higher levels, catering for weddings including VIP events in Dorset such as Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and Sandbanks Sand Polo Festival with Award-Winning Beales Gourmet Catering.
With such knowledge and experience, Morena has chosen to combine the best nutrition alongside the best flavours and textures that she loves, all in the most artistic way.
